The Allana Management Journal of Research (AMJR) is committed to the principle of open access, providing immediate and unrestricted access to all its published content. In line with this commitment to openness and inclusivity, AMJR does not charge any Article Processing Charges (APCs) or submission fees to authors. This means that contributors can submit their manuscripts and have them peer-reviewed and published without incurring any costs. The journal’s no-fee policy ensures that financial constraints do not hinder academic contribution or the dissemination of quality research, thereby promoting equitable participation from researchers around the world.

By removing cost-related hurdles, AMJR supports a more democratic and collaborative academic environment, encouraging a diverse range of voices and perspectives in the field of management and allied disciplines.
